Ian’s rant/ thoughts on a week at Cult HQ….

“After a crazy week with Events for Farah, Huawei, a charity skate board event plus a Danish heavy metal gig, we find ourselves in the aftermath.

This is the reconciliation period, the time to compare wounds and most importantly, the time to debrief.

This process is just as vital as the planning. What went wrong/ right? What can we learn? What can we do to refine our processes and strive towards the perfect serve? Every event, and specifically every mistake, gives us a chance to do it better next time so long as we debrief, acknowledge mistakes and improve our systems, every time.”
